This was a very exciting shoot for me! Because Jenny once worked for SF MOMA (San Francisco Museum of Modern Art) and still had access to the Museum grounds, she requested that we shoot part of their session within the Museum halls! Being an art lover, this was pure heaven! That being said, there really was no choice for me to photograph Jenny and Bret’s love story but in a “Modern Flair” approach. Notice the dramatic angles, the minimalist composition and my attention to creating deep shadows and colorful tones. Even when we stepped out of the museum, I continued to shoot in this way as we made our way to the Embarcadero and Potrero Hill. Congrats to the lovely couple, Jenny & Bret!
